Display Tables and Handouts
The purpose of each conference is to showcase effective practices in volunteer-based tutoring and/or mentoring programs. This can be done through workshops. It can also be done by programs hosting display tables, or providing handouts, to share information about the work they do. This is an important part of any conference and we encourage programs to make an effort to participate.
Tutoring and mentoring programs, organizations that partners with tutor/mentor programs and/or vendors who offer products and services to support these programs, are invited to set up displays as part of the Conference Trade Fair. Organizations can set up booths or just send handouts to be distributed.
If you host a display table you will not be charged a fee to attend the workshops of the conference on the day you have a display.
There is no fee for non-profits. There is a $250 fee for for-profits, which includes a 1/8th page ad in the conference program.
Use this form if you are interested in having a display table.

JOB TABLE - Starting with May 2008 we will set up a Job Table, at which programs can provide information about job openings, and people looking for jobs can provide resumes as handouts. You can bring these with you to the conference and add them to the table, or you can mail 20 copies of your job posting/resume to the Tutor/Mentor Connection (prior to May 15).
If you would like to share information about your organization, please bring 50-100 handouts to be distributed at the conference.
